We were at Walt Disney World when everything shutdown overnight because of the COVID-19 virus. From start to finish, he was along the ride with our family. He contacted us right away and first thing he asked: ‘’how are you doing?’’ For a couple of days, he spent countless HOURS on the phone with our Airline, Guess Services, our Resort, Magical Express, being transferred right and left, checked for earlier flights, gave us options and had a plan B, C and D for our family. He put his life on hold trying to help our family get back home sooner than later. That meant waking up at 3 am to try and get a hold of Air Canada, negotiating with them and worst case scenario, even offered to rent a van and pick us up at the Airport in Montreal. WHO DOES THAT!? He does, cause that’s the kind of guy he is. Even with all the stress and chaos, my family never felt so safe because we had total ‘’Faith, Trust and a Little Pixie Dust’’ from Jeremie. Can’t wait for our next Disney vacation!
