This year was my second trip that I have book with Vicki and again she exceeded all my expectations! From start to finish Vicki is 100% there for you taking care of everything. This year dealing with COVID-19 going on in the world I knew I wanted to book with Vicki. Yes we knew things would be slightly different with travel protocols etc but I knew with Vicki’s help that I would have the most peace of mind possible. She knew which resorts were open, putting in safety protocols, and also knew first hand what it was like travelling since covid started and fully shared all of her knowledge and experience with us. Not once did I feel anything but peace of mind. Vicki will continue to be my go to person when booking any holidays as they should be stress free and she always makes that happen!

From start to finish Vicki was the absolute best! I find it can be slightly overwhelming to flip through the travel books and try to pick a resort. Vicki asked and listened to what exactly I was looking for in my destination of choice and then helped me narrow it down to a very manageable selection. Her attention to detail and knowledge was at my disposal from the minute I sent her an email asking for her services to even after I arrived back from my holiday. Her customer service was and is top notch. There is no doubt in my mind that I will be booking future trips with Vicki’s assistance and I HIGHLY RECOMMEND her to everyone as you won’t be disappointed!

Vicki was great. She was helpful day and night and answered any questions I had in a timely manner. She helped set up all our excertions and she made sure we were all set before leaving. She was a huge help especially with it being our first ever trip.
