TBH, I was not so impressed with the service at first. You seemed to not be returning my texts/ calls in a timely fashion. We were booking with another family who were recieving timely responses from you. So that was annoying. However, you were an AMAZING help when our flights were delayed and the trip went haywire. I really do not know what I would have done without your direction. Greatly appreciated.

Thank you for your honesty !! I will admit that it's difficult to juggle everything during busy season, so that's definitely something I will be sure to keep in the back of my mind for the future!! Your travel delays were crazy . . . .I am thrilled that we were able to work it out in the end. You could definitely write a testimony on the importance of travel insurance AND a good travel agent (lol). Looking forward to working with you again in the future.
