Making all my travel fears disappear!!

Troy responded to my last minute request to find an affordable package and led me they all the steps of navigating necessary apps, Covid testing procedures what to pack etc. I am new to the world of recreational travel and this was my first cruise and first venture out of my own beautiful city at this challenging time! Troy got to know me and responded to my requests and trepidations in reasonable time and style! I will use him again I hope soon, especially if he can find me that magical sunny Christmas or spring holiday I can afford! So far so good! I got the weather and the amazing experience I needed so desperately in Alaska much thanks to you!

Troy was great, went above and beyond when issues with the airline arose. The follow up and customer care was outstanding. Response time was very quick and trip was as booked, no surprises.

Great help planning a tropical vacation

My friend and I wanted to to go away for a week to a tropical destination and did not have much time to plan our trip before the start of the hurricane season. We asked Troy for help and we were were happy we did. After answering a few questions to let him know what kind of trip we want, he responded to us quickly with some options and we were able to quickly select the resort and get on with our travel preparations. We had a few more questions before our trip and Troy helped us again quickly and efficiently. He also went on a trip before we travelled and made sure we were covered in case we had further questions; his partner Anita responded quickly to one more question that we had.
We went to Varadero, Cuba and we learned there in conversation with other visitors that the resort we selected was one of the best in the area, which was very important at the time when Cuban tourism is suffering.
I highly recommend Troy if you need help planning your vacation.
