Turned out to be best trip ever !!! The resort was the best we have ever stayed at and the entire trip was everything we hoped for in Costa Rica.

My friend and I were planning a trip to Madeira, a small island in the middle of the Atlantic Ocean that is part of Portugal. The way to get there seemed very complicated to us trying to figure our best connecting flights, with little lay over, and best airlines that were also economical. Gene made planning our first time visit to Cuba seamless! His knowledge of Cuba, the Cruise line (Celestyal), and the "Authentic Cuban Experience" we had on board was exceptional.
