After working in the emergency medical services in Toronto for 35 years, I was ready for a relaxing change of pace. In 2007, my husband and I went on our first cruise and instantly knew that we would be back for more!
Over the years we have enjoyed numerous cruises around the world, and once retired, I was excited for the opportunity to help others have equally amazing experiences.
Today, I specialize in booking personalized cruises to the world’s most interesting destinations! My goal as a travel consultant is to pair you with the perfect cruise in any destination at any budget.
With so many cruise lines and itineraries available, it can be difficult finding the right one. Today, many travelers are fooled into thinking that the Internet has all the answers and information one needs to make an informative decision. I have access to special suppliers, amenities and upgrades that you may not find on your own.
My promise to you is to provide peace of mind and accountability and a safety net should the unexpected occur. I am your advocate!

One of the most interesting trips that I’ve booked was an Avalon river cruise from Budapest to Bucharest with an added stop in Transylvania. My client wanted to see Dracula’s castle, and I booked extra transfers and hotels so they could explore the area and have enough time to board the next day. Most recently, I prepared a Viking river cruise from Shanghai to Beijing with a number of extras along the way!
Cruising has become one of my favorite activities, and I love helping people to discover its magic and the beautiful destinations.

Comfort knowing I had Roy there for me

Roy was a dream find. We had never been on a cruise and I was attempting to plan this 50th birthday surprise for my partner. From the beginning Roy talked about the different cruise lines, different types of cruises, anything cruise related… to help me pair down where/what I was looking for. Once he had that figured out he sent me some options to look at. I found the one I wanted almost immediately. For almost a year Roy was there for all of my questions, for friends booking then having to back-out, arranging flights and hotels. Did I mention he was there for ALL of my questions? Roy reviewed all of our documents and corrected the error on the Emergency Medical Insurance. Roy contacted us frequently to submit our documents and payments at the proper time. Culture and Agriculture - Rome and Calabria.

I was taking a trip to Rome and Calabria , Italy and needed help with places to stay. In Calabria I have friends renovating a house which I wanted to see but couldn't stay there yet so needed a hotel close by. Roy got us a nice hotel in an interesting neighbourhood in Rome, lots of shops and restaurants and 2 blocks from the Colosseum . I was travelling with a friend with mobility problems so this was great. He then got us a wonderful hotel by the beach in Calabria but still close to where my friends house was. Roy also took care of all the transfers from airports to hotels and back to airports and all worked out perfectly.

I was given Roy's number through a friend. I understood he specialized in booking cruise's.He was awesome from the start. Very helpful and "patient' as I was booking for 6 adults.Four of them in their early 20's not always easy to deal with them but Roy was very patient and worked very hard finding us something that would suite all.
Even when we got to our destination we had a small problem. My daughter texted him and he got right on it to make sure we were looked after and happy.

Roy is very approachable (e.g. communicating over the phone, in-person, via email) and very prompt in responding to all inquiries, however trivial it might be. He provides excellent customer service and great value to his clients by providing detailed instructions prior to the trip, organizing everything including booking flights, all transfers to and from cruise ship, the cruise, and inquiring about the requirements of foreign citizens - to avoid any issues at the borders. Roy is extremely patient and takes the time to listen to his clients' needs and addresses them accordingly and in a professional and timely manner. He builds great rapport with his clients and I can tell how much he is passionate about doing a great job for his clients.

Roy provided side by side comparisons of a number of different options for cruises based on our criteria. We were able to easily select the best option for our first cruise.Roy was exceptional in responding to our many questions regarding cruising in general and what to expect when we boarded the ship. All the information was relevant to what we experienced. His extensive experience in cruising provided invaluable information which became reasuring to both my wife and myself.

Bucket List Trip

I will start by saying, that Mr Roy Suthons is one of the warmest, and most caring human beings I have ever met. He is absolutely well suited for this occupation, and on top of that he is extremely professional and well prepared. He is is extremely detailed and thinks of everything that would make my vacation more enjoyable, from the flight to the accommodations, and resort. I didn’t have to worry about anything and the one snag that we had about an offer that wasn’t what it appeared, he was more upset about it than I was, even though it was beyond his control. I will use his services for all my vacations going forward, and make sure to tell my family and friends to book with him for theirs. Sincerely,

Roy has been a joy to work with. He has a calm disposition and a keen interest in finding out what the client wants then works tirelessly to get it for them.
I have booked my last 2 trips through him and on short notice he has found exactly what I wanted. No pressure or airs about what he thinks is best like some agents I have had in the past.
All my future trips will be booked through him and Cruise Holidays of Lawrence Park. I have and will continue to recommend him to family and friends.

It was an absolute pleasure working with Roy Suthons from the first day we walked in to get some information about a possible cruise vacation, through to the excellent experience we had on our Oceania Marina voyage.
